      We had a water damage issue at our home involving our kitchen island and basement ceiling, and Alex and Maria were the team handling the mitigation and drying process for us over the past week.We truly appreciated their professionalism, kindness, and work ethic throughout the entire experience. They were extremely respectful of our home and did everything possible to minimize disruption to our family’s daily life while the equipment was running.Our neighborhood is currently undergoing road construction, which made parking and access much more difficult and physically demanding, but they never complained and always maintained such a positive and patient attitude.Water damage situations are stressful for homeowners, and having a team that is careful, considerate, and trustworthy makes a huge difference.       Our hot water heater burst and flooded 90% of the basement. The insurance company sent ARS to provide mitigation services. Today is only the 4th day since our initial contact with ARS, but we are so far pleased with the way things are moving. Alex and his mitigation team have put customer service to the forefront. Everyone has been efficient and professional. They explain what is taking place and clearly answer all of our questions. The contents department has also been in contact with us in preparation of the pack out. There is much work to do, but ARS has prepared us for what lies ahead. We are impressed with the work ARS is currently doing and ARS is at the top of our list for handling any future mitigation services.

      Water damage? This is the ONLY company I would call. We just experienced a flood in our kitchen and it ruined our hardwood floors, soaking all the way through and down into our basement. ARS were fast, communicative and respectful of our home, kids and pets during a very stressful time. They walked us through each steps so there was no surprises, had daily check ins with us and really put us at ease. I’m sure there are many good companies out there but ARS for us have been second to none in all aspects, in what was a nightmare time for us. Don’t hesitate to use them!
